Multi-channel Training

The e-learning plan

Eduservices developed through its teaching laboratory, Educational Services, an e-learning distance training for students, active professionals and job seekers. This new mode of education enables updating skills, know-how and professional practises through 3 Bachelor curricula and 2 MBA curricula, certified by the State (Bachelors for Human Resources Manager, Business Development Manager, Activities and Tourism Manager; MBA Manager of Human Resources and Manager in Business Development).

To date, more than 80% of learners have acquired knowledge identical to that provided in our schools in the form of in-class training.

The freedom to choose

Eduservices' E-learning allows a flexible curriculum, adapted to the current mobility (international or professional) and the principle of "I am in France or abroad, working, or in apprenticeship; I am preparing for a Bachelor or MBA diploma, certified by the State". I enroll at any time of the year, I adapt my pace of studies based on my professional constraints and I also have the freedom to choose a subject, a unit or the whole training.

The key factors for success

Educational Services has designed the quality specifications for the program: dedicated educational team (educational manager for each level of training, coordinator for each teaching unit (UE) director of studies for each training, expert trainers, drawn from the professional world, suitable educational tools and dedicated platform: teaching materials for each subject, chapter after chapter, quiz (QCM), training exercises (validation examinations, specific case studies in collaboration with enterprises), method videos, videos-chats with the trainers, schedule for follow-up.

The effective development of online distance training for several hundreds of learners, has led Eduservices to create a dedicated brand: IPAC E-Learning.
The group has also shared this service for students of the MBWay school of management, anchored to the international program and creator of the international cooperative concept allowing its students to obtain an MBA in Human Resources or in Business while working abroad.
